An EE was performing routine duties as a catcher one of the pins turned sideways as it approached the rail. She attempted to adjust the pin and in the process she stepped on piece of plastic that broke off the web detector. This caused her to lose her footing and she slipped and fell. She had a cut on her forearm and later reported knee pain
