Employee went to sit down in the breakroom on a red plastic chair When he sat down he felt the chair was weak so he went to stand up He put one hand on each side of the chair to stand up and when he did that his left index finger was caught in between the crack on the side of the chair His skin was caught it the chair and it caused a laceration the size of a dime on his finger the top layer of skin was open
