2 team members was loading film to [REDACTED]. the one in back pushed film to load to [REDACTED] and the front team member got all the weight.put on his right shoulder. team member said it hurts now to raise it over his head. [REDACTED] is the [REDACTED] and for some reason this did not save [REDACTED]. but his shoulder is still hurting [REDACTED] and he is trying to see if he will be ok. i have asked him if he wants to go to doctor and he said no.
