Flipping a 48x120 Skid by hand.

Employee was adding crossblocks to 48x120 skid and flipped a 132 lb skid by hand. As he flipped the skid he felt pain in his middle lower back. He reported this to his supervisor and the [REDACTED] nurse was called. She recommended self care and gave instructions to ice and heat the area and advised ok to return to work and notify [REDACTED]-Nurse care if any complications arise.[REDACTED] discussed issue with employee and employee advised they were aware of the 50 lb lift limit and admitted that he should have used the forklift in the area to flip the skid. Told [REDACTED] he knew it was a mistake on his part.
