Employee was walking through a work cell to get to another location in the plant Neither of these areas are the employees standard work cells The employee was carrying a small part that consisted of several smaller parts some of them being a hard plastic puck looking item

What happened

Employee was walking through the area to get stripping for a small part they were carrying when something either on the ground or a piece of the part fall off onto the ground causing the employee to slip and fall on their right side impacting the hip location of the employee

Employee slipped on unknown possibly a piece of the small part they were carrying the employee was not sure but believed so. We did identify other smaller debris on floor as well as the small pieces from the part the employee was carrying at the time of incident.
