[REDACTED] activated his emergency lights at which time the vehicle in question came to an abrupt stop. [REDACTED] was unable to stop his vehicle at his time and he collided with the vehicle in question. [REDACTED] was transported to UCMC for evaluation. The female driver of the other vehicle did not have an injuries at this time. [REDACTED] had complaints of dizziness and neck pain.
