EE was wrapping a plastic protective cover around a finished conveyor belt.

The event occurred on the 80 inch slitting machine on the winder portion of the machine. The video indicates either the employees vest or shirt became caught by the plastic wrap which is used to protect the belt while the plastic was being applied on the winder. When the employees became caught by the machine he became trapped and was flipped around the winder multiple times
