What happened
During Sanitation clean up the lead went into the freeze tunnel to check in on the contractors through the NW door. The lead was waiting for them to be done so they can send their sanitation team in to start cleaning the freeze tunnel. When climbing down the stairs and about to exit through the NW door their was a patch of thin ice. The ice was very hard to see and very slippery
