What happened
TM was walking out of the maintenance shop after initial fire watch meeting. TM was walking out of going to the [REDACTED] lunchroom. the north man door in the shop trying to go into [REDACTED]. While TM was exiting door way [REDACTED] slipped on the sloped exit of the door falling on their right hip and right wrist outside on the asphalt. This was the start of new snowfall and had less than an inch but their was no salt or snow melt
