Before the incident
Walking on a beam on rollers in order to measure it for cutting.
What happened
Employee was bringing a large beam inside the shop to be cut using the roller system. She was standing on the beam which was on the rollers in order to measure it. While walking along it her foot slipped off and she fell backwards onto the rollers hitting her left back ribs on the rollers. She then fell to the floor onto her knees.
