What happened

(ESS DATA1): EE was making shafts for auto 2 assembly Robot. While making shafts EE went to grab another shaft from the shaft box. When grabbing the shaft the EEs finger caught the edge of the weldment slag that was sticking off of the base of the shaft and the Rodeye. (ESS DATA2): EE cut finger when trying to grab part out of a box (ESS DATA3): EE was making shafts for auto 2 assembly Robot. While making shafts EE went to grab another shaft from the shaft box. When grabbing the shaft the EEs finger caught the edge of the weldment slag that was sticking off of the base of the shaft and the Rodeye. (ESS# WAP1147)
