I was on back of 2 doing manual it was roof tops Our roller was acting up and we had to set the roof tops on the floor and these parts fell easily What happened was one of the roof tops was going to fall on me so I acted quickly and placed my foot out and then my hands from falling on me Right after that took 1 step and it was instant pain on my toes and front of my feet
