USING MANUAL FORK LIFT AND HAD LIFT GATE ON TRAILER. HE GOT FORKLIFT ON THE LIFTGATE GOT TO THE END WITH LOAD AND TURNED WHEEL TO STOP IT AND IT KEPT GOING AND PUSHED HIM RIGHT OFF THE EDGE OF FORKLIFT. IT RAN OVER HIS LEFT FOOT AND HE FELL BACKWARDS ONTO THE GROUND WITH RIGHT SHOULDER
