Employee was cutting protection flanges pulling all of them off manually leaving the center and skeleton still on the burn table. He hooked up the magnet to pull off the scrap. He didn 't release the magnet because centers would just fall to the ground. He kicked the skeleton off and rearranged the magnet to get centers off one by one so scrap can be removed in one trip. Second center piece was not able to be kicked off so he used a heavy old bar to knock it off.

As he was striking down on material with bar the part gave way and his hand slipped off and hit his forearm on the corner of the magnet.

Puncture to the right forearm.

Magnet used to move the materials off the burn table.

Puncture to right forearm from striking corner of magnet
