Employee was bending down to pick up a box of butter (about 30 pounds) and felt and heard a pop in his left elbow followed by pain. Employee tried to continue to work but left about 30 minutes early due to the pain.

Employee was working in the cooler when the accident happened so we do not have video of the situation. Employee went home and then went to the ER.
