What happened
Employee had finished cleaning the die and was pushing it from the cleaning table onto the storage shelf. As the employee pushed the die onto the shelf the employee 's left ring finger got caught between the die being pushed and the adjacent die on the table resulting in a abrasion of the finger. The abrasion was not reported and no first aid was rendered. The employee reported pain and soreness [REDACTED] and was diagnosed with an infection.
