Loading wire springs into a grinding machine.

While working on E-Line Grinding the small conveyor belt for the loading chute malfunctioned. Attempting to resolve the issue Mr. [REDACTED] reached beneath the conveyor grasping the drive belt and successfully restarted the conveyor. Unfortunately this action caused his finger to be pulled into one of the drive pulleys leading to a fingertip avulsion.
