Went to removed their white head sock and used it to wipe the sweat off from their face. [REDACTED] they felt discomfort in the eye. Flushed with eye solution. [REDACTED] was not able to open right eye. Will let supervisor know if eye does not get better. [REDACTED] eyelid is swollen and feeling pain.
