What happened
EE was trying to return a stack of doors that had been accidentally ejected from the presses. A forklift was used to push a 4x4 along the cull board to get the stack to move. The 4x4 rolled after pressure was applied and pinched the EE 's finger between the 4x4 and the cull board.
