What happened
Patient needed to be positioned at least every 2 hours due to patient having many pressure injuries. Upon position (pulling patient over with tap system) I felt a pop and initial light pain in left side of my neck into shoulder area. Since taking over counter Advil pain is still noticeable if not slightly worse.
