What happened
I was instructed by the nurse [REDACTED] to remove the OR bed from the room as she was bringing a patient from ICU. As I was pulling the bed out of the room as I was turning the bed out of the room I immediately felt some type of strain on my lower left side of my back. Continued working as day progressed and I started to feel a lot more strain to where I couldn 't bend without my back hurting.
