What happened
Around [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and I were in room 991 giving a bed bath. When the patient became confused and combative. Patient began trying to physically attack us. While turning the patient He grabbed my right wrist and twisted it back in a fast motion. [REDACTED] had to prevent him from further harming me while trying to console the patient. We were able to complete the task while paitent was still combative towards us. Shortly after the incident I began experiencing a consent uncomfortable sharp aching pain in my wrist that goes up to my elbow.
