What happened
As I was doing a mammogram on [REDACTED] at approx [REDACTED] I hurt my left shoulder as I was repositioning a patient. I had the [REDACTED] off work and I used advil and ice heat for the discomfort. When I returned to work on [REDACTED] it was difficult for me to take care of my patients due to the pain in my left shoudler.
