What happened
I was cleaning the procedure room when I heard that the nurse [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] asking for help the patient who was in recovery had gotten up from his stretcher he was confused he became violent and very aggressive we call security for help while they were arriving I assisted by helping the nurses to hold him to prevent him from getting hurt. there was a lot of struggles. Now my body my back my neck my right arm and hand hurts.
