What happened
I was in [REDACTED] 23 spreading the case for the next surgical day I had just finished moving some equipment around. I walked pass the bovie console on my left the surgical wand was just hanging hapzard my left foot got tangled into the long white wand cord causing me to fall onto my left side to the [REDACTED] floor. I tried pushing myself off of the floor. I couold not put any weight onto my left knee or side. I called the front desk to speak to the charge nurse [REDACTED]. I told her I was in [REDACTED] I had fallen and I needed help to get up.
