Before the incident

I was picking a part off of a top shelf in A-10 location. When I pulled the part off the shelf a lot of dust came down and some landed in my left eye. I rubbed my left eye with my gloved hand which seemed to irritate it more. I then went to the bathroom and washed my hands to see if I could see anything in my eye. I flushed my left eye with water but it still felt like there was something still in there so I reported the incident to my supervisor. [REDACTED] [REDACTED]

EE states he rubbed his left eye with his gloved hand which seemed to irritate his eye more. EE went to the bathroom and washed his hands to examine his eye to see if he could visualize any debris.
