Before the incident
I was picking a part off of a top shelf in A-10 location. When I pulled the part off the shelf a lot of dust came down and some landed in my left eye. I rubbed my left eye with my gloved hand which seemed to irritate it more. I then went to the bathroom and washed my hands to see if I could see anything in my eye. I flushed my left eye with water but it still felt like there was something still in there so I reported the incident to my supervisor. [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
What happened
EE states he was picking a part off of a top shelf in A-10 location. When EE pulled the part off of the top shelf some dust came with it and landed in his left eye. EE states he rubbed his left eye with his gloved hand which seemed to irritate his eye more. EE went to the bathroom and washed his hands to examine his eye to see if he could visualize any debris. EE did not see anything and flushed his eye with water. EE states his left eye continued to bother him so he reported the incident to his supervisor and was brought to medical. [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
