I was placing the parts in the bin I reached over and my knee right hit the bin about three times causing pain. [REDACTED] RN BSN [REDACTED] [REDACTED]

Contusion of the right knee [REDACTED] BSN [REDACTED] [REDACTED] EE reports that the bin she was placing the parts in is on a permanent stand at the [REDACTED] and she had to bend over and reach across to place the parts into the bin container when she did this because she is shorter she moved forward with the right leg and hit her knee hard on the outside of the container. EE reports that the right knee was sore after she hit it but she continued to work without alerting anyone. EE reports that the right knee did not prevent her from continuing to work the remaining shift and [REDACTED]. She states that the knee did swell up and by [REDACTED] she started to notice that she was having pain with attempting to kneel and crawl on her bed. EE reports [REDACTED] working on [REDACTED] crouched down to pick up her marker felt sharp pain to the top of her knee; pain made her limp reported to [REDACTED] DO MPH FACOEM [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
