EE states that he was working on the [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] he had some soreness he thought is was due to not working this job in a long time.EE stated [REDACTED] his hands were worse and after work he saw that they were red and swollen EE stated he went to UC and made an appointment for treatment with PCP [REDACTED] because hands were so sore and bruised [REDACTED] DO MPH FACOEM [REDACTED] [REDACTED]

EE stated that he was using dominant hand to lift a stack of the small part LBW 1 - part grabbing the part through the cutout and putting it on the ledge to prep for loading the parts on to the conveyor - that he noticed the bruise on the left hand was an imprint of the pattern of holes on the part that he lifted with the left hand. That the bruising to the right hand was all around the edge of the palm. EE stated that the parts were individually light. That he lifted 7 plus of the small parts at time typically with his left dominant hand.
