Before the incident
I was attending a company sponsored event. It was very hot:; heat index was in between 115-120 and it was a heat advisory. I was sitting under the direct sun. I got up from up from my seated area to go to shaded area. I started to feel light-headed. My co-worker went to get me water and I walked over to a wall where I was going to sit down. I began to feel dizzy and passed out before I could sit down. My coworker [REDACTED] broke my fall.
