Before the incident
Wiping upper area of the Draw Die on 5 line I started to slip on the shoe of the Die and I was falling forward I was holding the upper of the Die with my right arm and wiping with my left hand as I was falling forward I felt pain behind my and my right shoulder. When I went to switch opposite hamd I was not able to keep my right arm up in the air to wipe the upper of the Draw Die. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
