Before the incident
I was pulling a cart out of the elevator and walking backwards down the ramp. At the end of the ramp where it meets the concrete floor my shoe got caught on the ramp and I twisted and felt my left knee pop. It was at the end of my shift but I reported the incident. My left knee felt fine to walk to my car and go home. At home I put some ice on my left knee. When I woke up [REDACTED] [REDACTED] I noticed that my left knee was swollen and sore.
