I was talking to [REDACTED] in front of bin desk. I heard him start saying woah woah woah and the next thing I know I am sitting in a tube. I get up quick in shock and start walking. Right now I m in shock and adrenaline is high. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] EE was at the bin desk asking about his next work assignment. Ty [REDACTED] was finishing pack out her tube and started to drive her PMHV. She was not watching her speed and didn t notice her hand jack along with the tube started to jackknife.
