What happened
I was performing pt care on the pt. [REDACTED] got acutely confused started pulling out his Foley catheter his IV access. [REDACTED] was extremely aggressive towards me so I called for help from my co-workers who came and held him from pulling his IV. I was standing at the foot of the bed protecting the foley catheter. [REDACTED] suddenly kicked me in my lower abdominal area. I was in severe pain throughout the rest of the shift.
