What happened
The nurse I were adjusting and pulling up the patient in [REDACTED]. I felt like i had pulled something but at first it didn 't feel bad. Towards the end of the shift my back started hurting more. When I made it home I fell asleep and woke up to sever back pain Stayed in bed all day [REDACTED] and all day [REDACTED] till my shift at [REDACTED]. I had to leave 2 hours in the shift because i was unable to work from the pain. Notified my manager thru text at [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] about the pain and incident.
