What happened
Driver backed his liftgate to a customer 's dock then climbed the cabled ladder which is bolted to the driver 's side rear of the trailer. As the driver 's feet reached the lip of the liftgate and customer dock the driver lost his hand grip of the trailer door frame and fell on his right side onto the dock injuring his right shoulder hand and ribs.
