Take a pallet out of a trailer

Two utility drivers were driving in the same area one was coming out of trailer and the other coming out of the staging area. There was a double stack pallet of cans partially block the dock door so as the employee attempted to maneuver out of the trailer they failed to keep eyes on task and backed out of the trailer while watching their load so it did not hit the double stacked pallet. The other employee in the staging area was departing and heading towards the dock and the two bumped into each other. Just before they bumped one employee stuck their arm out to attempt to stop the other lift from bumping into them causing the employee to fracture their arm.

Fracture to Left arm…waiting for Dr. notes
