discharging patient in room 214 walking with her daughter

Was walking patient in room 214 daughter to elevators pushing her suitcase . Which on top had a tope bag fill with items. I reach for the strap from tope bag and started to walk. When the tope bag flip back due to it having heavy items and so did the suitcase. I went forward head first landing on top of everything. Both hands and knees hit the floor body was a little twisted over her belonging.
