Obtaining supplies from the 3rd floor central supply room.
What happened
Went to central supply to obtain supplies and there were a lot of boxes on the floor. As I was leaving the room I tripped and fell on my left knee after my right foot struck one of the boxes. Landed on my left knee on the cement floor. Applied ice to my knee but it starting swelling and became more and more painful.
