Before the incident
Operator opened the trailer doors then lowered the dock plate to begin the loading process before injury.
What happened
Operator was using a pallet jack to load the last pallet onto a trailer when the felt a burning sensation in their lower back. Operator continued to load the pallet then close the trailer and complete the loading process. After the paperwork was turned back in to the shipping office operators pain started to increase which then lead the operator to notify a supervisor.
