Associate on 11 11 23 was moving kits to his workstation from mobile shelf. Associate didnt use assigned mobile cart instead lifting 4 loaner surgical kits at once. He felt a small twist in his shoulder but continued to work. Despite their being no pain he let his team lead know. Team lead denies this Then on 11 13 23 he was moving kits again 1kit this time when he felt the same twist but with pain in his right shoulder.
