Before the incident
The affected employee was in the process of grabbing cardboard that was approximately 36” X 80” in size from the lower cardboard rack that is located outside of building 3.
What happened
The employee bent down and grasped a handful positioned the cardboard on their left leg lifted and twisted the load to position it on their left hip.

The employee experienced a cramping feeling on their right side of the lower back ribs. The employee later on break felt the cramp feeling getting worse.
