Before the incident
While pumping chemical into chemical jug IP was holding hose in the opening of the jug. The jug was on the floor. IP awkwardly had to reach up to start pumping the chemical.
What happened
IP went to push the button to start the chemical pumping and there was back pressure in the hose. The hose slipped out of IP 's hand and sprayed leg and foot.
