What happened

At the same time the client came out of his room walked into the living room with us. We turned around to acknowledge the client and the client out of nowhere did a full-frontal assault like a football player using his hands and shoved me on my left side- chest breast arm and I was forced backwards and landed on the floor my body hit the floor and a sturdy Louge chair the arm rests were made out of solid wood. My entire left side was shoved up against the big lounge chair. Again the supervisor jumped in between us and made the client back up and get away from me. The supervisor saw the shove but he did not see me fall because he was too busy protecting me from client making any more advances. I did not yell stop this time but I did say ouch! I got up and had some pain [REDACTED] the pain increased all down my left side. I told my co-worker what happened.
