What happened
The client had finished having his snack of choice battered fish fillet and strawberry ice cream. Staff gave staff his night medications the client took the medications just fine. When staff went to pick the med cup the client just jumped from the dining room chair and started attacking and assaulting this staff continuously and violently staff ran to the office and client followed staff there still assaulting staff. I tried running outside but he grabbed the door and continued assaulting me. He had me cornered on the left corner of the house. I was not able to get a hold of him for TO. Staff was backing up to avoid further assault and that is when I fell on the concrete floor hitting my head and the client feel on top of me and would not get up despite staff plead. When he was calm enough he rolled on the side by himself and I was able to get up.
