Before the incident
When I was doing pay stations on my route I tripped over a metal pipe sticking out of the sidewalk as I was walking to the pay station. I 'm not sure what that pipe is for (why the hazard exists) but it is definitely a hazard. After I fell I got up and felt a twinge in my leg but thought I could shake it off.
