Before the incident
Associate was cleaning an ink spill around deck #5 on Press #4- while another associate was attempting to raise elevator on Press at same time. Too many people working in same area.
What happened
Once other associate started the raise elevator [REDACTED] attempted to clear the area- which resulted in a slip trip hazard. During the fall from the trip hazardous [REDACTED] struck his left elbow on steel frame on Press #5- causing laceration and fracture to tip of left elbow.
