What happened
Employee working on table 1 in the Mac Welding Housing department was waiting for a cabinet to be moved down the line with his hand resting on the table with one finger in a missing roller hole. The table was designed with rollers to enable the easy rolling of materials. All the rollers on the table are broken and some missing. Employee did not notice that his coworker pushed a housing (cabinet) down the table hitting his finger and causing the injury with the edge of the hole
