Before the incident
I thought I had more spring in the hop than I do. I tried to hop onto the loading dock sidewalk from the parking lot. Left foot made the hop right foot did not. As a result right shin hit concrete edge causing a 4-inch full skin thickness laceration over the shin bone. No hazard existed except for my lack of understanding my current physical ability.
