Looking in the chills to check out the chewed up meat that was coming out tripped over curb and chills and fell unsure of what she hit her hand on on way down
What happened
when looking into the ovens with [REDACTED] to determain the amount of bad meat that was headed into pack i stepped off the step on the side of chills and slipped. During the fall I bruised my hip and butt and managed to cut my pinky finger and ring finger on my left hand. first responder [REDACTED] was called to the scene due to blood. I was removed from the chills into the first responder room where [REDACTED] could look more at the cut. decided that the cut on the pinky was deep and since right across the knuckle she decided to call transport. i received 3 more stitches and a very bruised butt and hip
