What happened
A team member was reaching for a clamp when they felt pain in their back and through their left side. It is believed that the strain occur red when they were rotating the jig to reposition the stringer frame. The jig has a counterbalance that causes the Jig to be significantly heavier on one side. This extra weight can cause the jig to surge when ltts released. This forces the welders to hold and maintain the fix ture In such a way that It doesnlt throw the stringer frame off and strike one of the welders
